IN PHOTOS: Anya Taylor-Joy’s best fashion moments wearing Dior

‘The Queen’s Gambit’ actress is Dior’s newest ambassador, which is no surprise to anyone

French Maison Dior welcomed earlier this week a new star to its growing list of global ambassadors and it is none other than actress Anya Taylor-Joy. “The Queen’s Gambit” star has been gracing red carpets all over the world wearing signature pieces from the iconic fashion house. It no longer came as a surprise to her fans and the fashion crowd that the actress became the face of the brand.

As a global ambassador for fashion and makeup, “Anya will partner with the brand, celebrating the iconic heritage of Dior, and showcasing the designs and creations of women’s creative director, Maria Grazia Chiuri and creative and image director of makeup, Peter Philips,” according to the luxury label.

To which the actress responded, “Thrilled to finally be able to express how grateful and honored I am to be partnering with the amazing Dior as their global ambassador... what a dream come true.”

To celebrate her official coming to the brand’s family, let’s look back at some of her fashion moments as the muse of Dior.

At the 26th annual Critics Choice Awards, the actress stunned everyone with a burgundy tulle dress from the label’s spring-summer 2020 collection. It featured a draped bodice and macramé detailing at the waist.
