3 more sectoral groups join Aksyon Demokratiko

Three more sectoral groups formally joined the Aksyon Demokratiko on Monday, Oct. 25.

The LGBTQ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer) Rainbow Warriors for Isko, leaders of YES 1SKO or Young Entrepreneurs for Isko, and the Taytay Urban Poor for Mayor took their oath as members of the political party.

Aksyon president and standard bearer Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso and senatorial candidate Samira Gutoc led the oath-taking ceremony at the Manila City Hall.

Aksyon has recently seen an influx of politicians and sectoral groups pledging allegiance to the party.

Some of these groups are the Kapampangans for Isko, Isko Northern Alliance, Seniors Para Kay Isko, ISKO Tayo Kabataan, and the Cordillera People’s Liberation Army, all of whom joined the party on Oct. 6.
