Locsin swears to 'nail asses' of passport appointment fixers to the wall

Foreign Affairs Secretary Teodoro Locsin Jr. did not mince his words after learning that there are still fixers of passport appointments, saying he will nail their asses to the wall regardless of who their protectors are.

Locsin made the statement after a Twitter user tagged the accounts of Locsin and the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) on a link to a Facebook page DFA Passport Assistance.

The said page is no longer accessible as of press time.

In a tweet, Locsin described fixers as "gremlins," to which the DFA said that they are working closely with Facebook to take down fixer accounts.

"Sir we work closely with Facebook to take down these fixer accounts, have reported this page to them," the DFA tweet read.

In response, Locsin bared what he will do to the fixers and if they are connected to anyone in the agency.

"I will nail their asses to the wall and if they are connected to agencies or officials I will not nail their asses to the wall—but their scrota (Latin plural of scrotum), they can choose to face away or to the wall," he said.

"I don’t give two fucks who their protector is," he added.

The DFA has been reminding the public that passport appointment slots are free and can only be secured by going to the website passport.gov.ph.

It urged the public to make sure that there are no errors in their names and place and date of birth before they submit the online form. Any error will not be corrected on-site and will be done manually.
