Soft loans for mandatory 13th-month pay by employers tackled in 'Oh My Job!'

'Oh My Job!'

This weekend in “Oh My Job," Assistant Secretary Dominique "Nikki" Rubia-Tutay of Employment and General Administration Cluster, Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), will talk about the government’s assistance to employers for their payment of the mandatory 13th-month pay to employees in the “Oh Isyu” segment.

Many businesses have closed down in this pandemic and those that have survived need all the help they can get, and the government will provide just that.

In his segment “Sagot Ka ni Bebot”, Labor Secretary Bello will answer callers’ questions on various topics about employers and employees. In this episode, he will talk about the case of Janice Balatenia of Saudi Arabia.

One of the three anchors Bea Binene in her segment “How To Bea Good Employee” will give us tips on how to be high-performing staff.

Many more job vacancies will be announced in “Oh My Jobs Dito” segment.
