SAN PABLO CITY, Laguna – Lake Mohicap in Barangay San Buenaventura was seeded with 30,000 tilapia fingerlings on Wednesday (Oct. 20).
Governor Ramil L. Hernandez led the lake-seeding ceremony.
The program is a part of the provincial government's initiative to energize the fishing industry in San Pablo and help local fishermen improve their livelihood amid the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic.
On Oct. 14, the provincial government also dispersed 23,000 i-Excel and Red tilapia fingerlings in Pandin Lake in Barangay Sto. Angel.
