BBM a hit in Cebu, meets Gov. Gwen


CEBU CITY – Former Senator Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. on Friday, October 22, visited Cebu for the first time since he declared his candidacy for president in next year's elections.

A group of people supporting Marcos' presidential run greeted him at the old Mactan-Mandaue Bridge. Marcos arrived in Cebu past 9 a.m. and went straight to attend the opening of the headquarters for his campaign.

A huge tarpaulin marked with "Bongbong Marcos 2022" was hanged outside the headquarters, which is located in Barangay Barrio Luz in Cebu City.

Marcos then paid a courtesy call to Cebu Governor Gwendolyn Garcia at the Capitol. From the Capitol, Marcos attended a Mass at the Capitol Parish Church in Barangay Kamputhaw.

Marcos is in Cebu supposedly to meet with his supporters.
