Caloocan City government has opened the online registration for COVID-19 vaccination of minors aged 12 to 17.
The city will start administering COVID-19 jabs to minors with comorbidities on Oct.22.
Parents and guardians of the individuals who wish to get vaccinated may register on the following links:

The local government reminded them that they can only book a schedule once.
It also said that they should receive a text confirmation or email confirmation of their vaccine appointment.
