Rizal province strictly enforces health protocols under Alert Level 3

The Rizal provincial government has called on its local government units (LGUs) to strictly enforce the guidelines set by the Inter Agency Task Force (IATF) for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases on the new COVID-19 alert level system.

This was after the national government placed the entire Rizal province under Alert Level 3 from Oct. 20 to Oct. 31.

Despite the switch to the new alert level system from the stricter Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ), the 13 municipalities and a city in the province should still expect to see law enforcers strictly enforcing the health protocols.

In a post on its official Facebook page, the Rizal provincial government urged the residents to get vaccinated to protect themselves from COVId-19.

Under the Alert Level 3, individuals below 18 years old are allowed to go out to access essential goods and services or if they are reporting for work.

Those above 65 years old who are fully vaccinated are now allowed in outdoor or Al Fresco areas only.

The Antipolo City government, in a post on its Facebook page, announced that curfew hours in the city will be from 12 midnight until 4 a.m.

Vaccination card has to be presented if one is entering establishments such as restaurants, amusement parks, theme parks, recreational venues, cinemas, and movie houses; venues for meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions.

Individual outdoor exercises are now allowed in the province for all age levels regardless of comorbidities or vaccination status.
