Only one aspirant filed a certificate of candidacy (COC) for president on the second day of the filing in Pasay City.

Independent candidate Victoriano Inte submitted his COC to the Commission on Elections (Comelec) at past 11 a.m.
Senator Bong Go was also the only person who submitted his COC for vice president.
Five individuals filed their COCs for senator while 9 partylist groups filed their certificates of nomination and acceptance (CONAs).
Comelec - Education and Information Department (EID) Director Elaiza David said the second day of the filing remained peaceful nationwide.
"We have no untoward incidents reported all over the country. We can therefore say that there was a peaceful and orderly filing nationwide," she said in a press briefing.
As of Saturday, the Comelec said there are a total of seven aspirants for president, 4 for vice president, 19 for senator and 26 for partylist in the May 2022 polls.
The COC filing period will run until October 8, 2021.
