3 partylist aspirants kick off second day of COC filing for May 2022 polls
Three partylist aspirants were the first to file their bids on the second day of the filing of certificate of candidacy (COC) and certificate of nomination and acceptance (CONA) for the May 2022 elections on Saturday, Oct. 2.

The Commission of Elections (Comelec) said the first to file was APEC Partylist, immediately followed by PhilRECA and Recoboda partylists.
The filing of candidacy for the next year’s national and local polls kicked off on Oct. 1, with 18 partylist aspirants officially filing their CONA.
The Comelec said the filing of COCs and CONAs for the May 2022 elections will run from Oct. 1 to 8.
