People spent their Saturday morning at the Manila Bay Dolomite Beach after it was reopened to the public.

The controversial dolomite beach was reopened to the public on Saturday (Oct. 16), the first day of the implementation of Alert Level 3 in the National Capital Region.
Under Alert level 3, cinemas and amusement parks are allowed to operate.
The beach is open daily between 8 a.m. until 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. until 6 p.m.
Staff can be seen holding signages to remind the people to observe physical distancing.
Minimum health protocols such as wearing of face mask and face shield and practicing social distancing will be observed in the beach, according to the Department of Environment and Natural Resources.
