'Biyahe ni Drew' moves to new timeslot, now on Sundays beginning Oct.17

Biyahe ni Drew, GMA Public Affairs’ award-winning travel and adventure program, will now be seen every Sunday, 8:30 p.m., on GTV beginning Oct. 17.



Adjusting to travelling in the new normal, the program kicks off its new timeslot in San Jose, Tarlac where host Drew Arellano discovers the unique experiences the place has to offer.



In barangay David, he savors Italian cuisine in the middle of a rice field! There are also spots in San Jose that evoke the wide, open spaces of Switzerland and New Zealand. Another area is surrounded by tall pine trees, very much like Baguio.

Meanwhile in Sitio Pugo, Biyahe ni Drew showcases al fresco dining in a Bali-inspired cafe. Big on appetite but running on a tight budget? No need to fret! Drew recommends a popular spot among cyclists and motorcycle riders that offers heaping bowls of unli-lugaw for only P50!

 

Drew also goes on a much-needed adventure ride in the new Tarlac Recreational Park which is not only perfect for adventure-seekers but also for those seeking a place to chill.
