Pia Wurtzbach, other judges begin interviews for candidates of Miss South Africa 2021

Former Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach is now in South Africa to help select the winner for Miss South Africa 2021 beauty pageant, which will be held on Oct. 16.

The top 10 semifinalists for the Miss South Africa 2021 pageant have been selected. On Saturday, Oct. 16, the three winners of the competition will represent South Africa in Miss Universe, Miss World, and Miss Supranational pageants.

Pia said she enjoyed the selection process of the Miss South Africa pageant.

"I absolutely loved the process of sitting down and having a one on one moment with each of the girls.

"It was a good full-day getting to know them a bit more, which will help me and the panel decide who should win Miss South Africa! Love the energy and rush!" Pia wrote on Instagram.

Pia also said that she wore a Filipino creation by Mark Bumgarner when she had her first look at top 10 finalists.
