Navotas prepares for vaccination of individuals aged 12-17 with co-morbidities


The Navotas City government, on Wednesday, Oct. 13, announced their COVID-19 vaccination process for adolescents with co-morbidities.

This is after Malacañang and the Department of Health's (DOH) approved the pediatric vaccination test run for minors aged 12-17, which will start on Friday, Oct.15.

The inoculation of the city residents belonging to this age bracket will start on Oct. 22.

The city government said they will pick the participants for the trial run from a list of individuals with existing illnesses.

They will be asked to fill up an online registration form posted on the city's official Facebook page.

During the vaccination day, the parents should accompany their children.

They are also required to present an ID and a medical certificate which they can get during a consultation at the Navotas City Hospital, or in any rural health center.
