Is LJ Reyes now ready to forgive Paolo Contis?

LJ Reyes is now based in New York with her children.

It has been months since news about her breakup with Paolo Contis made headlines.

Is she now ready to forgive him?

In a recent interview with "24 Oras," LJ answered this with a question.

She said: "Hindi madaling ibigay ang forgiveness, di ba?"

"Lahat naman tayo we get hurt, we get angry, but you work on it every day. To forgive people, to forgive yourself, or whoever. You pray about it," she added.

She went on: "For me, hindi kasi siya madaling bagay na ibigay. So, surrender lang talaga kay God, and I'm working on it." 

It is not clear if LJ has turned her back on acting.

She has been busy helping out in the family restaurant in Brookyln.

As to her children, LJ shared that Aki, her 11 year old son with Paulo Avelino, is now attending school.

Her two-year-old daughter with Paolo is always with her.

"They're adjusting very well," LJ maintained.
