Rep. Malapitan recovering from COVID-19

Caloocan City District 1 Representative Dale "Along" Malapitan assured his constituents that he is in good condition and recovering from COVID-19.

Malapitan said he is currently isolated and only experiencing mild symptoms.

"Alam ko po na punuan ang mga ospital, at mas mabuti kung ilalaan na lamang sa mas higit na nangangailangan ang higaan at gamot na gagamitin sa akin kung magpapa-confine ako (I know that hospitals are already in full capacity, it is better to reserve the bed and medicines for those who badly need them)," he said in a Facebook post.

The Team Aksyon at Malasakit mayoral candidate tested positive for COVID-19 on Oct. 10, four days after he filed his certificate of candidacy.
