UST, NU to implement 2-day academic break

The University of Santo Tomas (UST) and National University (NU) will implement a two-day academic break.

UST's academic break will be observed from Oct. 13 to 14. Regular classes and office work will resume on Oct. 15.

"Let us take advantage of this opportune time to reflect and seek God's guidance and strength that we may continue our mission despite the uncertainties and challenges of our time," UST wrote on its Facebook page.

Meanwhile, NU is set to implement a two-day academic break on Oct. 14 to 15 to "further promote mental health care and positivity."

"Use this time to take a break, rest and focus. Keep safe, everyone!"
