Red Bull Mobile Esports Open to launch PUBG Mobile Tournament in PH

Top gamers of Players Unknown Battleground Mobile or PUBG Mobile will get a chance to showcase their wares as the Red Bull Mobile Esports Open kicks off the battle royale tournament in 30 countries including the Philippines on its fourth season.
Red Bull M.E.O Season 4 is open to all Filipino PUBG Mobile teams, consisting of four players who will have the chance to showcase their skills in the global stage. They will compete in a two-day National Qualifiers from October 9 to 10 with the top 16 teams moving on to the National Finals on October 16.
Only four teams will have the opportunity to battle it out against the other top teams when the Regional Finals commence on November 20 and 21. The competing teams in the tournament will battle it all out for an opportunity to win up to €10,000 in prizes.
Tournament registration is still on-going which started on September 27 and is set to close on October 6.
Over 128 teams are expected to participate in the qualifiers, which will be distributed to eight groups. Each group will consist of over 16 teams and will play three maps per day over the two-day qualifier with a maximum playing time of 30 minutes per game.
Teams who fall short in the National Qualifiers would have a chance to redeem themselves in a Last Chance Qualifier in the International Online Qualifiers that will also take place during the two-month event.
Last year, more than 60,000 players from 28 countries registered for Red Bull M.E.O. Season 3. This all-inclusive tournament pits M.E.O. competitors against some of the best mobile esports players and other well-known players from around the world.
