Mark Herras denies borrowing money from Lolit Solis

Mark Herras and his former manager Lolit Solis made headlines some time ago with the latter divulging how the actor was borrowing P30, 000 from her supposedly to buy milk for his daughter.

Mark maintained the whole thing never happened.

He told "Tunay Na Buhay" recently: "Hindi, hindi...Nagpatulong ako sa kaniya sa karakter ko. Sabi ko, 'Nay, tawagan mo naman si Ms. Lilybeth (Rasonable), sabihin mo bigyan ako ng character roles...'"

But Mark admitted that he indeed borrowed money from Lolit years ago.

"'Yung mga dating dati pa 'yon, 'pag nanghihiram ako sa kaniya before...binring up niya pa ngayon. Which is, para lang umingay. Umingay nga," he said.

He didn't like it.

"Nasa point ako ng career ko na ayoko na ng maingay eh. Gusto ko lang ng stable lang," he said.

But he is grateful for all the things Lolit did for his career.

"Lahat naman ng narating ko sa industriyang ito ay dahil sa kaniya, dahil sa tulong niya, bukod sa tulong ng GMA. Naging malaking part din ng career ko 'yan si Nanay, ng buhay ko sa showbiz," Mark said.

Lolit is yet to react.
