"My feelings, my heart, my mind. God talked to me in my mind," he said.

Cabral added that he presently works as a legal assistant for a local law firm, although he did not take up law.

Cabral will challenge former 3d District Rep. and MTRCB chair Rachel Arenas, who filed her candidacy on Oct. 1.

Meanwhile, a retired policeman from Bautista, Pangasinan named Rolando Jimenez, filed his COC for governor.

In a separate interview, Jimenez said he would build an airport and a pier to boost the local economy of the province.

Cabral will run under the Partido Pederal ng Maharlika while Jimenez is under Maharlika People's Party.
