Carla Abellana wins acting award in Vietnam

Kapuso star Carla Abellana won another acting trophy in Vietnam recently.

Abellana thanked the Lord for the "amazing blessing," as well as her fans, especially her Filipino and Vietnamese supporters, who voted for her.

In Vietnam's Face of the Year 2020, Carla won the Favorite Foreign Actress award for her performance in the 2016 rom-com drama series "Because of You."

Carla earned the same distinction in 2016 for her drama 2014 drama series "My Destiny."

Carla also congratulated her leading man Rafael Rosell for winning the alternate category, as well as their show "Because of You" which won Best Foreign Drama award.

The GMA show, which also features Gabby Concepcion, revolves around the three actors, in which Andrea (Carla) will try to deny her true feelings towards her ex-boyfriend Oliver (Rafael). Eventually she found Jaime (Gabby), whom she fell in love with in an unlikely setting.
