WATCH: Dantes family surprise household staff over the holidays

Celebrity couple Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes threw a special "party" for their housekeepers at home as a token of appreciation for their hard work.

On the sixth episode of their mini-series "Jose at Maria," the two prepared a program filled with games and exciting prizes.

Ate Glenda, who has been working for them for almost five years, won a bicycle in the first game, . In the second and third game, Ate Glenda and Kuya Jhun, who has been working for them for 17 years, won laptops with internet.

The couple gave Ate Glenda, Ate Cecile, and Kuya Jhun all the groceries they can carry to help them jumpstart their own sari-sari store.

"Hindi sapat ang mga materyal na bagay na ito para tumbasan ang pagmamamahal at serbisyo nila sa aming pamilya," Rivera said in the video.
