GOSSIP GIRL: Noble Queen of the Universe Megan Camaisa donates to build homes for homeless in PH

Yesterday, I received an email from our Noble Queen of the Universe 2020 Megan Camaisa and it wrote: “Congratulations Giselle for winning Noble Queen of the Universe International 2020. My husband and I are very touched by your efforts to build a house for the homeless, as that’s a big advocacy for us. We have executive produced the documentary 'Lost in
America,' that details the issue of homeless youth in America and stars Halle Barry, Jewel, Rosario Dawson, Mylie Cyrus, Jon Bon Jovi, and other celebrities. We would love to help build the house you’ve begun and continue to support your efforts.”

Aside from being a Hollywood producer, our Noble Queen of the Universe 2020 is the publisher of Risen Magazine with cover stories that include Hollywood’s A-list celebrities like Billy Ray Cyrus, Kevin Costner and Academy Award winner Hillary Swank to see how faith has influenced
their choices, positive and negative, so that today’s youth make better choices.

Philanthropy and giving back to women and children in economic hardship and abusive situations has always been a big effort for this Noble Queen and award-winning equestrian. Together with her Filipino-America husband, Allan Camaisa, whose parents are from Cavite, they have supported non-profits that focus on providing life-skills and mentoring women and children in need, through many different sectors of life including, business, health, sports, equine therapies, arts and media, global
human trafficking, global ministries, and global clean water.

These include, but are not limited to Gawad Kalinga (Philippines), Fil-Am Bid (San Diego), Meadowlark Lemon Legacy Foundation ,Filipino-American Chamber of Commerce (San Diego), Little Hooves Horse Rescue, Mitchell Thorpe Foundation, Care in Action USA, Lost In America Foundation, Hope for Lupus (Philippines), Life Impact International (Thailand), Give Clean Water and the Kenneth Barlis Mask Donations. Kenneth Barlis is an world reknowned designer very popular to Hollywood celebrities, European actors and models, and pop stars like Janet Jackson and Cardi B. Because of Megan’s model-like physique, our Noble Queen has modelled for Barlis in both New York and Los Angeles runaways.

A skilled fundraiser, Camaisa was the chairperson for the Santa Fe Christian Schools Annual Gala, which raised US$1 million. Most recently, Ms. Camaisa was the organizer of the 1st Annual Fashion for Passion Gala held in San Diego, California which benefited the non-profits, Hope for Lupus and Care in Action (USA).

Both organizations provide critical and life saving services to women and children in need. The dinner gala was attended by 300 people and raised tens of thousands of dollars through its entertainment provided by world-
renowned entertainer, Patricia Javier, 2019 Noble Queen of the Universe, a presentation of acceptance crowns for the 2020 Noble Queen of the Universe, entertainer Aira-Bella Luna, hip-hop group Jor-Jay Boys, and a fashion show by internationally-famous celebrity fashion
designer Kenneth Barlis.

With everything she has successfully accomplished, she only prides herself in raising three brilliant boys with her husband Allan: Christian, Asher and Lucas who all excel in computer sciences and playing tennis. And these
are the numerous reasons why she is our Noble Queen of the Universe 2020. Suddenly I feel unworthy to be Noble Queen of the Universe International 2020 next to this generous and kind Queen. Hail to you Megan!! My deepest gratitude to you for supporting my advocacy in
helping the homeless.
