VIRAL: Cleaning lady receives her very own apartment

Going viral the past few days is a surprise for a building's cleaning lady. The video starts with Rosa reporting to work, entering the elevator.

She is being escorted to the elevator with two guys. One of them was taking the video, while the other one was showing calling-card size notes about what was going to happen in the next minute.

"Her life is about to change. This is Rosa. She lost her job and has been living at her sister's. She has worked in this building for 20 years. Everyone loves her, so we decided to give back to the woman who gives so much to everyone. She has no idea! She's about to get the penthouse!"

"Rosa is family to the tenants of this NYC luxury high-rise. Due to Covid, she was furloughed. However, she still came to work with a giant smile on her face. This unit just finished a complete remodel. Rosa thinks she's here to clean it before showing but really, she's getting the keys."

The two men gave her a tour of the 2,500-square-meter penthouse unit, ending the tour by surprising her that she gets to keep the unit for two years. Rita couldn't believe it and started crying, grateful for the tenants who came together to show how much they appreciate her.
