Actor Rocco Nacino, volleyball player Melissa Gohing tie the knot

Former De La Salle volleyball player Melissa Gohing surprised fans by tying to knot with actor Rocco Nacino in an intimate wedding ceremony.

The couple made the announcement on Instagram Monday morning with photos of the ceremony held on a naval warship on Sunday.

Nacino, who is a Petty Officer 3rd Class of the Philippine Navy, was clad in his military uniform while Gohing was wearing a white off-shoulder, floor-length dress.

“Yes… we.. did… 21-1-21. Meet my wife, Mrs Melissa Gohing Nacino,” Nacino wrote in his photo caption.

Gohing was more elaborate.

“I don’t just want to marry you to be with you forever and live happily ever after but because marriage is not easy and it’s a lifetime of ups and downs. You’re the only person I know I can go through all those hurdles with. It’s hard work but it will be worth it,” Gohing wrote.

“Your are my once in a lifetime. Love, your Mrs. Nacino.”
