Where are they now? Filipino male models from the 2000s

From billboards and TV campaigns to fashion editorials and runway presentations, male models from the 2000s were everywhere during their heydays. Although there were very few (even in the international circuit) who have maintained their model status, not everyone can say they have a portfolio like male models from this era.

They say this profession is not a lifetime job but these models are still carrying their model genes to whatever industries they're now part of. Here's a look of what some of our favorite male models from the 2000s are doing today:

Vince Canizares

He's appeared in pizza commercials alongside John Lloyd Cruz and Solenn Heussaff. He's also done campaigns for Penshoppe and walked the runways of Philippine Fashion Week. Canizares is now a licensed realtor and a family man.

Ram Sagad

Former basketball player and Fear Factor Philippines contestant, Ram was the go-to male model of designers and fashion magazines here and abroad. He has proven himself in front of the camera and now he works behind the scenes capturing his travel adventures.

Carlo Adorador

Carlo Adorador has walked the runways of most Filipino designers (if not all), and has appeared on countless editorials serving face and physique on every photo shoot. The model now works in a Macau resort as a front service officer still looking fresh and fit.

Jon Hall

Jon Hall is still known today for his rugged looks and tattooed body. He's one of Bench's most iconic underwear models back when he was still in the industry. Still active and fit, he spends most of his time today with family.

Christian Vasquez

Christian Vasquez who was famously known as the student who shifted from a doctoral course to fine arts is still doing well as an actor. He's played supporting roles in both big and small screens.

Doug Kramer

Basketball player, model, and family man, Doug Kramer used to pose alone for the camera for fashion brands. Now his family together with former actress Cheska Garcia and their three of their kids are among the most loved families in the industry, endorsing a variety of family-friendly products.

Victor Basa

You may recall Victor Basa as the iconic lean model with wavy locks back in early 2000s. He's also been a part of Filipino shows like Pinoy Big Brother and My Husband's Lover. Basa, who recently got married, still works in front and behind the camera as a lifestyle influencer.

Marc Nelson

If Marc Nelson said he invented abs, we would believe him! One of Nelson's most iconic projects is his stunt with Bench Body. He continues to host adventure related shows and endorsing sporting goods.

Luke Jickain

Who wouldn't remember Luke Jickain's washboard abs? Jickain, who has not aged a day, is still active in the business. Although doing it part time, the model still has campaigns and collaborations on the side while finishing up his law degree.

Paolo Roldan

He has walked for Armani, Michael Cinco, and other fashion legends. With his iconic Pinoy looks and ripped physique, Roldan is still living the model dream being represented by six agencies around the globe.
