Kai Sotto is a big fan of 'Attack on Titan'

Filipino basketball wunderkind is a huge fan of the hit anime series "Attack on Titan."

Sotto, a titan of his own with his 7-foot-3 stature, is just one of the million fans of the action-dark fantasy that witnessed the latest episode titled "The War Hammer Titan."

"Best episode so far," wrote Sotto on Instagram Story Monday, accompanied with a couple of crying emojis.

The screenshot shows a particular scene where two titans are engaging in a ruined battlefield.

The episode also received traction with the appearance of the main members of the protagonist group Survey Corps/Scout Regiment after the timeskip from the third season.

Written and created by Hajime Isayama, Attack on Titan, "Shingeki no Kyojin" in Japanese, is already on its final season in the anime version and set to end around April in the manga.

Perhaps this is just one of the ways for Sotto to unwind as he prepares for his NBA G League debut in February in another Orlando bubble.Â
