Derrick Monasterio's dream comes true for 2021

While some stars celebrated their success and achievements during the last part of 2020, Kapuso actor Derrick Monasterio started the year right as he posted photos of his latest achievement yet: having his own lot located in Tagaytay.

The "All out Sundays" host captioned the post: "I guess dreams really do come true #2nd #tags"

Fellow celebrities who congratulated the 25-year old actor were Gabbi Garcia, Kakai Bautista, Rojun Cruz among others.

Gabbi wrote: "Omggggg happy for u!!!!"

Kakai jokingly commented: "MagpaPINYA ka naman!!!! Oi!"

"Congratulations brother @derrickmonasterio" said Rodjun.

Other stars, including Andrea Brillantes and Morissette Amon, unveiled their dream houses earlier this year.
