Anne Curtis-Smith reveals first pay check in showbiz and you wouldn't believe it!

The Kapamilya "Dyosa"  Anne Curtis-Smith shared some of her experience in order to reach financial security.

In a financial resolutions webinar sponsored by Manulife on Jan. 13, Anne recalled the first time she earned some money.

Anne narrated: "P1,200! That was my starting TF (talent fee) I did not handle my finances at the time...it was my parents."

According to Anne, her guardians returned her finances at the age of 18, but not without equipping her with the proper mindset.

"Before they turned over my finances they teached me about budgeting… saving and that's when I really learned to manage my finances, she taught me to have a coda when it comes to saving."

The "Anne-kabogable" star encouraged everyone to save and start their own business, even if at first it doesn't succeed, just like what happened to her first restaurant business.

Her persistence when it comes to business venturing resulted in the success of her cosmetic line and her newly launched active-wear line: Recess.

As a mom to Dahlia and a wife to Erwan Heussaff, Anne admitted that she had a change of heart when it comes to impulsive buying.

"Having baby dahlia change her perspective when it comes to spending money as she explained in her example: 'like there's a new pair of shoes… do I really need that? or baka pwedeng kay Dahlia naman."

The "Showtime host" wrapped up her sharing with financial advice for those who are planning to start a family someday.

"When you plan to have a child, you have to be wise on your money so it is very important that you have saved up for that." she ended.
