According to San Juan City Mayor Francis Zamora, a total of 1,300 individuals have received the P3,000 cash aid during the payout event held at the FilOil Flying V Centre.

"Naghandog po tayo ng financial assistance sa mga non-medical frontliners natin bilang pasasalamat at pagkilala sa kanilang patuloy na paglilingkod sa ating mga COVID-19 response at intervention programs (We have distributed financial assistance to our non-medical frontliners as we give them due recognition for their continuous service for our city's COVID-19 response and intervention programs)," Zamora said.

"Kasabay nito ay nagkaloob din tayo ng tulong pinansyal sa mga TODA drivers at operators ng San Juan bilang pag-alalay natin sa kanilang kabuhayan ngayong panahon ng pandemya (We also provided financial assistance to our TODA drivers and operators in San Juan during the pandemic)," he added

On September 13, the LGU also distributed P3,000 cash assistance to around 1,000 barangay workers from 21 barangays in the city.
