Filipino priest Fr. Ferdinand Santos, whose good looks and impressive body physique captured the hearts of netizens, has finally revealed his real age.

Believe it or not, Santos said he's already 50 years old. In August, the younger photos of Santos went viral. Surprised by the attention he received on social media, Santos, who still looks like a celebrity hunk, revealed that he's not a young priest.

The priest who is currently staying at the Immaculate Conception Parish in Cubao, Quezon City also shared more details on how he manages to stay healthy, fit, and alert.

On Facebook, Santos said he works out every day, no smoking, no alcohol, no vices, no white rice, and white bread, low cholesterol diet, and keeps himself busy and mentally alert by reading a lot.

Santos said discipline makes him look younger.

"I've lived this way for more than 22 years," he added.

Santos said: "Several times in my life I became seriously ill. Asthma, diabetes, a tumor in my face, and a recurring liver ailment. The last time I almost died - I was all by myself in Miami. Covid and its after-effects are just the latest of my physical battles."

"When these happen - and they will, we always have a choice: we either lose or we fight back like heck. I chose the latter. The tools are always the same as St. Paul tells us - discipline and trust in the Lord," he said.
