Celebs pray for recovery of Angel Locsin's father from COVID-19

Actress Angel Locsin has opened up about her father's ordeal.

On Instagram, Angel shared that her 94-year-old dad was tested positive for COVID-19.

"It’s been a week of feeling helpless. Imagine having COVID at 94. Now imagine being blind in unfamiliar surroundings," she wrote, along with the photo and video of Angelo Colmenares being boarded on the ambulance.

"So many realizations during this pandemic. We all have our battles, but some definitely more than others. To the PWD’s and everyone fighting their battles alone, kapit! This too shall pass."

The comments section was immediately filled with messages from netizens and Angel's co-workers.

Last April when Angel's father received his first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
