The Quezon City government implemented a skeletal workforce starting 2 p.m. on Wednesday due to Typhoon Jolina.
In a memorandum issued by Mayor Joy Belmonte, the department heads are instructed to maintain a skeletal workforce.
All essential services which include law enforcement, traffic management, fire protection, health and rescue disaster response management will remain uninterrupted.
