Starting tomorrow, Sept. 1, the updating of PHM records may be done in Pasig vaccination sites from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., according to the city government.

Residents may proceed to the following vaccination sites:

- Pasig Mega Parking II

- Bagong Ilog Elementary School

- Buting Elementary School

- Eusebio High School

- Manggahan High School

- Pasig Elementary School

- Pinagbuhatan Elementary School

- Sagad High School

- ArCovia

The LGU (local government unit) reminded Pasigueños to bring the following requirements for the onsite profiling: PasigPass QR code, valid ID, and ballpen.

The LGU said the PHM record is needed in the registration for the city’s vaccination program, adding that onsite profiling is open for Pasigueños belonging to the A1-A5 priority groups.

The PHM is a tool that helps the City Health Department improve its health services and speed up the response time of its medical services.
