Jovit Baldivino seeks custody of daughter from previous relationship

Former "Pilipinas Got Talent" winner Jovit Baldivino has opened up about his desire to reunite with his daughter from ex-partner Shara Chavez.

On Facebook, Baldivino wrote: "Magandang araw po sa inyong lahat maraming maraming salamat po sa lahat nang patuloy na sumusuporta, naniniwala at nagmamahal sa akin, Marami pong nagtatanong sa akin kung nasan daw si Mrs. Shara Jane Chavez Cruzat... mawalang galang na po matagal at wala na po akong walang connection sa kanya, hindi ko nga po alam kung nasaan sya kahit nga po anak ko hindi na nya pakita sa akin matagal na panahon na."

"At kung ano man pong lumabas na Issue o pang i-scam nya,,,hindi na po bago yun hehehe, wala po ako pakialam dyan, problema nya yan, at siguro naman po alam nyo na ang tunay na pagkatao nya," he added.

Jovit reiterated that more than anything, he wants nothing but to get custody of his estranged baby daughter.

"Ang sa akin lang po eh yung makuha ko ang anak ko sa kanya at ilayo sa masama, kasi matagal na nya itinatago sa akin syempre bilang isang ama may karapatan din naman ako sa anak ko, yung pamilya ko nga nalulungkot pag hindi nakita ang pamangkin at apo, eh ano pa naman ang isang ama, na lagi na lang nagaalala at nagtatanong kung malaki na ba, madaldal na ba, kumakanta rin ba o ano etc…"

The singer said he's happy that the "truth" is now slowly coming to light.

"Masaya na po ako ngayon, at masaya na din kasi nabigyang linaw na lahat,,, yung matagal na panahong nanahimik ako sa bintang at kasalanan na hindi ko naman ginawa, pinagpasaDyos ko na lang lahat kasi sya naman talaga nakakaalam nang lahat," he said.

"Pero mas sasaya siguro ako kung kasama ko ang anak ko sa magandang buhay at tapat na hanapbuhay, yung habang lumalaki sya na may paniniwala at takot sa Panginoon, Salamat po sa inyong lahat Godbless Everyone."

In 2016, Jovit revealed that he is already a father to two beautiful girls. Priot, the singer has a child with his former girlfriend, Laurice Khaye Bermillo.

Baldivino and Shara have called it quits the following year.
