A rookie policeman is now facing dismissal after he was accused of sexually assaulting a 19-year old female quarantine violator in Mariveles, Bataan.

Tuazon is a married and assigned at the 2nd PFMC (Provincial Mobile Force Company) Lamao,Limay and detailed at the Quarantine Control Point (QCP) in Barangay Batangas 2.

“He is now being asked to explain on why he should not be administratively charged in connection with this incident. We are already investigating it,” de Leon told the Manila Bulletin in an interview.

De Leon said the victim was accosted by Tuazon and a certain Armando Dimaculangan at the Quarantine Control Point in Barangay Batangas 2 in Mariveles town at around 7 a.m. on Friday.

The victim was supposedly not allowed to go out, being an Unauthorized Person Outside Residence UPOR). Bataan is currently under strict quarantine measures due ot the rising number of coronavirus disease cases

The victim was then escorted by Tuazon and Dimculangan to an area where she would do a community service as a penalty for violating the quarantine rules in the area.

But the victim was reportedly taken to the boarding house of Tuazon where she was first molested by Dimaculangan. Later, Tuazon ordered Dimaculangan to go out and locked himself with the victim.

De Leon said it was then that Tuazon forced the victim to perform oral sex.

The victim reportedly lodged complaint with her relatives which led to the arrest of Tuazon and Dimaculangan.

“If the investigation would reveal that he indeed did it, then he will be charged administratively which could lead to his dismissal,” said de Leon.
