5.2-magnitude quake hits Japan


NEW YORK -- A 5.2-magnitude earthquake jolted 160 km E of Hasaki, Japan at 21:55:39 GMT on Saturday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 36.0225 degrees north latitude and 142.5698 degrees east longitude.
