BI Commissioner Jaime Morente identified the duo as Kwon Yong Tae, 58, and Im Seung II, 39.

Korean police said that a district court in the capital city of Seoul had issued an arrest warrant against Kwon for fraud.

The foreign authorities said another court in Uijeongbu district also issued an arrest warrant, this time against Im, for assaulting and extorting almost P2 million from a compatriot.

The undesirable aliens are detained at the BI's warden facility in Taguig City while waiting for their deportation.
