"Fighting Pride - The Manny Pacquiao Saga" is entering its final stages in unfolding Pacquiao's legacy through the official and exclusive mobile game created and written by the late boxing analyst Mike Ochosa.

Ochosa, along with Francis Macatulad of the OMG Inc. (Ochosa Macatulad Games Inc.), joined forced with indie game development studio Ranida Games to produce the beat-em-up sports-adventure mobile game.

Fighting Pride will feature Story, Historical, and Online PvP (player vs player) modes with over 65 stages in three chapters at launch.

Story Mode features opponents representing different social issues and personal challenges faced by Pacquiao as a rising boxing star while Historical Mode highlights the notable fights and world title bouts of the Filipino boxing legend.

The PVP Mode connects players online with their respective versions of Pacquiao.

Key stories highlight Pacquiao's amateur days and his journey to superstardom in the professional scene. Backstory includes the fighting senator's rise from poverty before he became the only eight-division world boxing champion.

“From nothing to greatness, from the impossible to endless possibilities, Pacquiao’s life must be shared with all of us," Ochosa, who first thought of the idea in 2018 to make a game instead of writing a book or creating a film, said last November upon announcing of the launch soon.

"His story is compelling as well as inspiring. What better way to impart that sentiment to the world than through a mobile game app?”
