9 things you may not know about Cha Eunwoo

Dubbed the "face genius" and "the boy who came out of manga," Korean star Cha Eunwoo has been wrapping up filmings, guesting, group activities, and commercials nonstop. With his apparent career growth, we cannot wait for his upcoming projects.

He has a younger brother.

In MBC’s Radio Show, Park Jungah's Moonlight Paradise, Eunwoo sent a tearful message to his brother Donghwi, who is two years younger than him and was studying abroad in China at that time. Eunwoo’s fellow ASTRO members described that Donghwi’s face is smaller than Eunwoo’s!

He went to the Philippines multiple times and went by the English name of Felix.

He first went to the Philippines as a student to study English for six months. In 2016, he performed for MBC’s Show Champion concert in Manila. In 2018, the My ID is Gangnam Beauty cast got a reward vacation in Cebu. Lastly, his first solo fan meeting "Just One Ten Minutes'' was held at the New Frontier Theater in October 2019.

He is pursuing an acting major.

Eunwoo is attending Sungkyunkwan University, a reputable private university in Korea that is home to Song Joong Ki, Uee, Moon Gayoung, Krystal Jung, and many household acting names. He enrolled in the Performing Arts department.

Eunwoo’s first acting appearance was in the 2014 film “My Brilliant Life.”

 He trained for three years under Fantagio, a South Korean entertainment company.

He wants to get married.

In episode 158 of Master in the House, Eunwoo opened up about wanting to have a partner he can trust and vent his hardships.

He bleached his hair for the first time at 22 years old. 

Eunwoo shared that he bleached his hair for the first time for ASTRO’s 7th mini album GATEWAY. 

His favorite colors are blue and white.

In an interview with Penshoppe, Eunwoo takes on answering the most Googled questions about him. In the segment, he revealed that his favorite colors are blue and white.

He has an international driver’s license.
