On Sunday, Aug. 8, USTH announced that that reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) swab tests would be discounted for its students, faculty members, support staff, and alumni, including those from the UST Angelicum campus in Quezon City.

Walk-in, outpatient, and in-campus swab tests for Thomasians will cost P1,400.

However, the discounted price is not available for the drive-thru swab testing service of USTH.

Testing services are available Monday to Sunday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Results are released within 24 hours.

Pre-registration is required and those who wish to avail of the service must present identification cards.

The cost for an RT-PCR test ranges from P1,500 to as high as P5,000.
