Reigning Southeast Asian king T1 sustained its winning ways while Fnatic rebounded big in the Beyond The Summit (BTS) Pro Series Season 7-SEA on Saturday, August 7.

Coming off a 2-0 sweep of Fnatic, Filipino captain-offlaner Carlo "Kuku" Palad and his T1 crew grabbed their second straight victory after obliterating Army Geniuses, 2-0, in under one hour.

The Filipino duo of Kuku on Dark Seer and mid laner Karl "Karl" Jayme on Doom spearheaded the South Korea-based organizations 28-8 romp against the all-Indonesian squad in just 28 minutes in Game 1.

Indonesian position-5 support Matthew "Whitemon" Filemon on his Enchantress starred in the 30-minute 32-11 rout in Game 2 as he posted 10 kills and 14 assists against two deaths.

T1 improved its record to two wins and two draws against two losses which kept them in contention for a spot in the upper bracket of the $50,000 (over P2.5 million) online tournament.

Meanwhile, Filipino captain-support Djardel "Dj" Mampusti and his Fnatic squad came through with consecutive dominant sweeps over PH team OB x Neon Esports and AG.

It was a huge bounce back for the Malaysian-based SEA powerhouse following its 2-0 defeats at the hands of T1 and Execration last Friday.

With the results, Fnatic suddenly became a serious contender for an upper bracket seat as it hiked its record to 3-0-2 win-draw-loss.
