Another war starts on Sept. 3 on Netflix’s ‘Money Heist’
Netflix just revealed a trailer for Volume 1 of ‘La Casa de Papel‘ Part 5! Here’s what we know about your next binge so far.
[Don’t you worry! No spoilers ahead.]
Part 5 of the multi-awarded and globally recognized series will be launched in two instalments—Volume 1 on Sept. 3, and Vol. 2 on Dec. 3, 2021. Included in the cast are Úrsula Corberó, Álvaro Morte, Itziar Ituño, Pedro Alonso, Miguel Herrán, Jaime Lorente, Esther Acebo, Enrique Arce, Rodrigo de la Serna, Darko Peric, Najwa Nimri, Hovik Keuchkerian, Luka Peros, Belén Cuesta, Fernando Cayo, Fernando Soto, Jose Manuel Poga, Mario de la Rosa.
So far, we’ve seen the gang shut inside the Bank of Spain for more than 100 hours and have managed to rescue Lisbon. They, however, lose one of their own and experience one of their darkest moments.
Other than that, we see the end of the greatest heist in history approaching and what once began as a simple robbery will soon turn into a devastating war—all to the tune of an orchestral version of “Mad World” by Tears for Fears.
And it is a mad world indeed for our team of heisters. Tokyo, in the trailer, describes how 100 hours feel like 100 years. EL Professor reveals as well that the stormwater tank has been discovered, while Col. Tamayo gets the army ready as they plan to enter the Bank of Spain.
We also see in the trailer one of the most uncertain moments for the gang, as they attempt to gather strength to fight against all odds.
Will they still have their charm to beat the odds as The Resistance? I think we’ll all find out on Sept. 1 and Dec. 3 as Part 5 comes out on Netflix. Estoy emocionado!
