Kinder teacher Mae dela Cruz said the mobile stage was made available to her students who failed to join the graduation pictorial due to lack of resources.

I feel sorry for the parents who religiously get the modules then I will not do anything to take pictures of their children. This is to recognize their hardwork for getting the modules and for teaching their children),” she said in a statement posted on DepEd’s Facebook post.

Dela Cruz said it took her two days to cater to all her students who were not able to join their scheduled pictorial.

Parents were happy to see the mobile stage and the students immediately donned their best graduation outfit to join the pictorial, read the DepEd Facebook post.

Parent Ramarie Doronio thanked de la Cruz for her mobile stage, saying the photo of her child is something they will keep and cherish.

Because of this initiative by Teacher Mae, students have used the photos at their virtual moving up ceremony held on July 16. Also, the photos showed how the students became victors amid the challenges faced by the education sector due to pandemic),” DepEd said.
