Welcome the month of August with delightful movies on GMA Network

Kick off the new month with an exciting movie marathon for the whole family on GMA Network this Sunday, August 1.

Catch ‘Bartok the Magnificent’ on Kapuso Movie Festival featuring the story of a lovable bat Bartok (Hank Azaria) as he goes on his own adventure and meets a pink snake, a dapper bear, Prince Ivan Romanov (Phillip Van Dyke), and evil witch Baba Yaga (Andrea Martin) who is trying to rule all of Russia.

An unlikely romance blossoms between Kapuso stars Shaira Diaz and David Licauco in ‘Because I Love You’ on GMA Blockbusters. Summer (Shaira) is a typical girl raised by a firefighter father which inspired her to follow in his footsteps. She then meets Rael (David) by chance. Rael realizes he actually likes Summer but their circumstances are much more difficult and challenging.

Meanwhile on Telesine Presents, watch ‘Nang Mamulat ang Puso’ topbilled by Ruffa Gutierrez. Two patients Laura (Ruffa) and Gani (Gary Estrada) met while they are at the hospital. Gani fell in love with Laura because of her kindness but she knows that Gani is already in a relationship with the special nurse that everyone is talking about. How will their blossoming love win amid the complications?
