Over 560K Pfizer-BioNTech jabs expected to arrive at NAIA Wednesday night



A total of 562,770 doses of Pfizer-BioNTech coronavirus disease (COVID-19) vaccines purchased by the national government will arrive tonight, Wednesday, July 21.

The doses are expected to arrive at 9:20 p.m. at Ninoy Aquino Internatiinal Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3 aboard a DHL flight.


The United States (US)-made vaccines, which were part of the 40 million doses procured by the national government last month, will be immediately brought to the PharmaServ Express cold-chain facility in Marikina City for storage prior to its distribution to various parts of the country.
