Coco Martin, Julia Montes paired in Brillante Mendoza film

Pola Oriental Mindoro Mayor Jennifer Cruz, the former actress known as Irma Alegre, confirmed rumored couple Coco Martin and Julia Montes will be sharing the screen anytime soon.

In an interview uploaded on Coco and Julia's fan page, the government official noted the film will be shot in their municipality for two weeks.

She teased the movie will be under the helm of acclaimed filmmaker Brillante Mendoza.

Aside from Coco and Julia, Raymart Santiago is also among the "10 big actors" starring in the said project.

"Proud na proud ang mga Polenio na doon ito gagawin sa Pola kasi would you imagine, gagawin sa isa sa maliit na bayan lang sa Oriental Mindoro and yet nakikilala s'ya sa filmmaking," Mayor Jennifer said.

Anyway, in a Facebook post, the mayor shared a photo of her with Coco and Julia during "location familiarization."
