Robin Padilla is hopeful his daughter Kylie Padilla will be able to quickly bounce back from her failed marriage.

On the second part of Ogie Diaz's vlog, the veteran actor recalled the conversation he had with Kylie some days before the Father's day.

“Sabi ko sa kanya 'Mahirap ‘yung ganyan ang sitwasyon ng puso mo tapos wala kang gagawin. Dapat mag-ensayo ka, ibalik mo ‘yong fighting mo. Kasi yan yung nakalimutan mo,'" he said. "Fighter kasi ‘yan, totoong fighter ‘yan. 'Balik mo ‘yong dati mo.'”

He continued: “Pagdating sa marriage ano ba ma-a-advise ko? E, failure din kami ng mama niya (Kylie). Ano’ng credibility ko?”

Robin is Liezl Sicangco's former husband.

The action star then teased: “Sabi ko pag-Muslimin mo na lang si Aljur,” seemingly relating to the alleged infidelity of Aljur.

Note that Muslim men can have up to four wives. Most Muslim marriages are not polygamous.

Anyway, Robin believes that Kylie and Aljur just needed to "rest."

“Pero sana huwag tumagal. Kung magbabalikan sila, 'wag nilang patagalin. Kailangan kaagad,” he said.
