A female PNP official and a tricycle driver were killed when a pick-up truck rammed their vehicle in Balintawak, Pagadian City last Friday, July 9.
PLt. Venus Jagus Dela Peña was riding in a three-wheeled vehicle driven by Roy Divinagracia towards Pagadian City when they were hit by a pick up truck driven by Omar E. Tampugao coming from the opposite lane.
After hitting the three-wheeled cab, the pick-up truck hit a house occupied by Jimmy Panoncial and his daughter, Jillian.
Dela Peña, Divinagracia and the Panoncials sustained injuries and were brought to the Aisah Hospital in San Pedro District.
PLt. Dela Peña and Divinagracia however expired while undergoing treatment.
Dela Peña was assigned at the Pagadian City Police Station.
