Andrea Brillantes explains side over Kyle Echarri's vlog 'walk-out'

Young star Andrea Brillantes was quick to defend herself following the immense bashing she has been receiving.

Allegedly, many netizens are not happy how Kyle Echarri walked out during a recent vlog of their group, the Gold Squad.

There, Jane Oineza and RK Bagatsing asked the members Andrea, Kyle, Seth Fedelin, and Francine Diaz: "Apat kayo sa Gold Squad, kung may ilalaglag kayong isang member, dapat hindi yung ka love team niyo, sino yun?"

Andrea quickly mentioned Kyle, explaining, "kasi bully siya eh."

Seth then interjected and echoed Andrea's answer.

Kyle then started sulking.

Francine added in jest: "Actually kung may ilalaglag ako, siya din yung ilalalaglag ko."

This, seemingly, prompted Kyle to leave the room.

Though a few seconds later, he came back along with Seth, who followed him, while Francine and Andrea did their outro.

On Twitter, Andrea explained that all is well between them and there is no need to bash her.

"We've known each other since we were 12. Not every friendship is the same, we're the type to bully and mess with each other," she explained.

She noted how they fought dozens of times prior and said harsher words to each other than that.

"Kylie isn't a stranger to me nor am I to him," she reiterated. "Is that difficult for you to understand?"

"I may have seemed harsh to you, but as his friend, he knows and understands why I said that. I know a lot more than you all do so please don' be so quick to assume like you know everything.... sorry na lang cause you don't haha."

Andrea then noted how she finds it "biased and funny" with fans solely targeting her with their hate.

"I was the one questioned but I'm not the ONLY ONE who ANSWERED," she pointed out.

Then added: "I'm not the reason he walked out lol. Kaya please lang wag ako."

In another post, Andrea maintained her last statement should not be taken as her urging bashers to throw shade against those who answered the question as well, but of her saying that no one should be bashed for it at all.

Meanwhile, Kyle also reacted to the brouhaha.

"I don’t know who you are I don’t know who/what you support, but it ain’t me. if your gonna say shit you can’t even say in front of your own momma don’t use my name to bash people around me that I actually care about," he tweeted.

Later, he said they are "all good" now.

"I was offended, I didn’t expect it from her but it is what it is. I don’t hold grudges but the truth has to be said," he said about his love team partner Francine's answer. "I hope that clears this once & for all."

"Anyways... that vlog was shot a long time ago. We’re good now we’re all happy... sana kayo rin? I love you all and we all love you. Now go to sleep go eat or read a book or something I dunno, anyways ily goodnight."
